Triple J’s 1994 Hottest 100 introduced Silver Chair to main stream listeners after they’d won Tripple J’s unearthed contest. Silverchair came in at number 5 with Tomorrow. Other top 10 artists included the Cranberries at number 1 with Zobie, Offspring (Come out and Play), Nirvana (About a Girl) and Nine Inch Nails with Closer. In retrospect, there are some classic rock songs in this lot.
